[ FAQ ]

Common questions

Which Tesla models are supported?
Pulse EV supports Model 3, Model Y, Model S, and Model X — including trim variants, for the most accurate range and efficiency figures.
Will this keep my car awake and drain the battery?
Pulse listens to Tesla's Fleet Telemetry stream — it receives the data your car already sends, rather than pinging or polling to wake it. It doesn't add wake-ups of its own.
Can the app control my car?
No. Pulse EV is read-only by design — it can't unlock doors, start the car, honk, or send any command. That's a hard architectural choice, not a setting.
Do I need to share my Tesla password?
Never. You sign in on Tesla's own page. Pulse only receives a secure access token, which is encrypted before it's stored.
Can I monitor more than one Tesla?
Yes. Base covers 1 vehicle; Pro covers up to 3 under one subscription — no per-car surcharge. Switch which car streams with a single tap.
Why is Pulse cheaper than other Tesla apps?
Lean infrastructure and no investors to pay back. Base is $2.99/mo for one car; Pro is $6.99/mo for households with two or three Teslas who want lifetime history and multi-vehicle support.
